It’s the time of year when fallen leaves make their way into the street and our town’s storm drains, which may lead to backed-up water. Ordinances Nos. 92.16 and 92.18 address this issue. With your help, we can keep our streets and drains cleared. BAGGING GUIDELINES
Bagged leaves MUST be curbside by 6 a.m. the morning of pick-up. Loose leaf piles will not be picked up.
Leaves MUST be contained in PAPER yard waste bags.
Plastic bags will not be accepted.
Limit of 20 bags per household.
The Town of Fortville Street Department will pick up BAGGED leaves on the following dates:
SOUTH OF STAAT STREET - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4th
- MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25th
NORTH OF STAAT STREET - WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6th
- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27th
